The kitchen is fully equipped with hot water bottle, kitchen wares, dining sets, stove, a fridge, An TV, and bedroom with air conditioning and furniture to make one's stay very cosy and relaxing like home. The terrace provides a panoramic view of the sea and is a very nice place for afternoon or evening get together.... Access to the beach front home is very easy as the house is right on the main road stretching all the way along the beach.

GENERAL INFO:

There’s an adequate stock of dishes, cups, glasses and cooking utensils for normal use of up to six persons. If you think anything is missing, contact EDITH. In the room closet are sheets and pillow cases for the guests to use (as well as the queen sleeper sofa in the living room). This closet also contains both bath and beach towels & hangers. Please keep the bath towels inside the house. (There are labels on the closet shelves to help you find the various sizes of sheets).

Ceiling fans, air conditioner, generator and shower heater are in good working order. Please report if anything isn’t working properly.

Please do not attempt to disconnect or in any way tamper with any of the smoke alarms or other safety devices in the house.

This means that we comply with the safety and sanitation standards established by the state for lodging establishments of this type.

Maid service is available if needed at your own expense.

WEATHER

It’s FABULOUS, of course! That’s why you’re here. Sure, the sun is hot & it gets warmer especially in the afternoon, but here on the beach, it’s not nearly as unpleasant as in town; there’s almost always a breeze passing through. When it gets warm, take advantage of our ceiling fans and get the air stirring. When it gets hot, turn on the air conditioned, and grab the beverage of your choice, don't feel guilty, you’re on VACATION!

The most glorious aspect of the weather here is the profusion of sunshine! Rain almost invariably comes in the form of thundershowers that come and go in a matter of minutes.

BEACH

You can always explore the sea all by yourself, since we don’t open it for public, though you can see natives walking around especially if it’s low tide they don’t do any harm. So don’t get panic.

Filipinos are known for being FRIENDLY & HOSPITALITY though SHY most of the time, but a small smile will break the ice.
