HOUSE KEEPING

After your departure, we pay to have someone to clean and prepare the house for the next guests. During your stay, you are responsible for keeping things in shape, as well as stocks of other cleaning supplies. If, while you are here, you can hire the maid to be paid on your own

HOUSE RULES

Aren’t too many, other than the usual no felonies or misdemeanours. Please just use your common sense. There are two things you should know, however, that aren’t obvious:

1. Leave the entire lights ON outside the house all through out the night, and turn it OFF every morning.
2. Don’t forget to lock all the doors before going to bed, sounds stupid but just double check.

There is a map on the computer table. This may be useful to you in the future. Feel free to take it with you if you feel you wanted it and put it back after using for the next guest.

RENTAL RATES & INFORMATION:

Rates for this property are as follows

BEDROOM only aircon:

Weekly - 24000 Peso - Hi season(Dec,Jan,June,July and August)
Weekly - 19000 Peso - Low season

Daily - 3500 Peso- Hi season
Daily - 2800 Peso Low season

We have our staff available to pick you up (Cebu or Tagblilaran) at your request.

Ground Transportation 

We offer van rental w/driver. Taxis are usually available in Tagbilaran. Or jeepneys & busses just outside the house.

We also provide TOUR in any scenic attraction. Just contact us in advance or during your booking with us.

The Villa is located in South Bohol 30 kilometers east of Tagbilaran.

Housekeeping

The house has been immaculately prepared for your arrival. Daily maid service is provided on your request at your own expense.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds for late arrivals or early check outs. Rent will be paid fully upon arrival.

Internet is available through the computer in the house.

TRANSPORTATION

As the house is right next to the main highway there is always a bus,jeepneys outside,to & from town.

There are taxis in town, but they charge 50% additional on the meter fare out of town.

You can always hire a van (for a day trip) w/ a driver to show you around Bohol or just in town. You can always ask for receipt.

Banks, atm, restaurants, and shops were located in the city of Tagbilaran 25 mins by car. Though there’s a tiny shop nearby.
